We opened Anchor & Birch in a 600sqft shophouse on Telawi 3 with a secondhand Probat roaster, three tables, and a menu we wrote on a chalkboard. The menu has grown slightly. The ethos hasn't.

Everything here is intentional — the beans we source, the bakery we partner with, the time we give each cup. We're not trying to be your fastest option. We're trying to be your favourite one.
