Pricing

Package prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are fixed once the scope is confirmed in writing — before any work begins. Add-ons and integrations are quoted separately based on scope.

Every build includes three months of hosting from go-live. You register and own your domain; we handle the configuration. Third-party services and paid APIs are billed at cost on top.

Fees are exclusive of SST. Where Strontium Labs becomes SST-registered, SST will be applied to invoices issued from that date.

How payment works

Payment is tied to delivery milestones. Work begins once the deposit clears and your content and assets are received.

Projects under RM 5,000 — 50% deposit to begin, 50% on go-live.

Projects RM 5,000 and above — 40% deposit to begin, 30% at build review, 30% on go-live.

AI Automation — the setup fee and first month's subscription are payable in full before work begins. Monthly billing continues from month two.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. No source code or assets are released until final payment is settled.

Timeline

The build timeline starts once the deposit is paid and all content and assets are received from you. Estimated timelines per package are shown on our packages page.

Delays in providing content or feedback push the timeline back by the same amount.

You confirm you hold the rights to all text, images, and logos you supply.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of free revisions (2-3, shown on the package). A revision is a change to existing, agreed content — not a new feature, page, or change of scope.

Additional revision rounds are RM 400 each. Work outside the agreed scope is RM 150/hr, approved in writing before it starts. New features and pages are quoted separately as add-ons.

Content

You provide the text, images, and logo. Copywriting and design are available as add-ons if you'd rather we handle them.

Domain & hosting

Three months of hosting are included with every build, starting from go-live. After that, hosting continues on one of our plans, or you move everything to a provider of your own.

You register and own your domain directly. We configure it. This means your domain is never held by us and never lapses because of anything on our side.

Hosting & maintenance plans

After the three months included with your build, hosting and maintenance continue as a recurring plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro), billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are twelve months for the price of ten.

Maintenance hours cover small, ongoing upkeep — content and text updates, image swaps, minor styling tweaks, bug fixes, and security patches.

They do not cover new features, new pages or modules, redesigns, integrations, or any substantial new functionality. Larger work like that is scoped and quoted separately as its own project, even while a plan is active.

Maintenance hours are allotted per month and do not roll over. Work beyond the included hours is billed at RM 120/hr, agreed before we start.

Plans are provided on an active-subscription basis. Annual plans auto-renew with 30 days' notice; monthly plans can be cancelled any time.

Annual plans are paid in advance and are not refundable mid-term.

If payment lapses, Strontium Labs will give no less than seven (7) days' written notice before taking the site offline, and will keep it offline until payment resumes.

A lapse in hosting payment does not affect the Client's ownership of any code or assets already paid for in full — the Client keeps those and may host them elsewhere. Only the hosting service provided by Strontium Labs is suspended.

Bug support

Every build includes three (3) months of free bug-fix support from go-live, covering defects in the delivered scope. This applies to every build, including those later kept on a hosting-only (Starter) plan.

A “bug” means something we built not working the way it was agreed to work.

The free window does not cover new features, new pages, design or content changes, or scope additions. Nor does it cover breakage caused by edits made by you or a third party, changes to your own accounts, or updates to external services. Those are quoted as add-ons or billed as work.

Bug-fix support is a warranty on what we delivered. It is separate from the ongoing maintenance hours offered in our Growth and Pro hosting plans, which cover content updates, changes, and new work.

After the free window, you can stay on ad-hoc fixes at RM 120/hr or move to a maintenance plan that includes monthly hours.

Ownership

Websites, e-commerce, booking, inventory, and custom builds. Once your build is paid in full, the full source code and all project assets are yours. No vendor lock-in.

AI Automation. The agent runs on our infrastructure and is provided as an ongoing service. For the duration of your subscription you hold a licence to use it.

Your business data, conversation logs, and any content used to train the agent remain yours. You can export them in a standard format at any time, and on termination we will provide a final export on request.

The agent's source code, prompts, and system architecture are not transferred. This is what makes the monthly price possible — the alternative is a one-time build fee, which we are happy to quote if you would prefer to own it outright.

AI Automation subscription

AI Automation runs on a minimum term of twelve months from go-live. The monthly fee is due in advance.

Each tier includes a monthly conversation allowance. Conversations beyond the allowance are billed at RM 0.40 each. Outbound broadcast campaigns are billed separately at cost.

Messaging platforms and AI model providers set their own prices, and those prices change. We absorb normal variation. If a provider makes a change large enough that we cannot, we will tell you at least 30 days before it reaches your invoice.

If payment lapses by more than fourteen days we may suspend the agent. Your data is retained for thirty days from suspension.

To cancel, give thirty days' written notice, effective at the end of the minimum term.

Confidentiality & your data

We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver what you have engaged us for.

Delivering AI Automation means passing message content to third-party AI model providers so the agent can generate a reply. We choose providers that do not train their models on customer data, and we pass on no more than is needed to answer the message.

Where an agent handles messages from your customers, you remain the owner of that personal data and we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for telling your customers that an automated system handles their messages, as required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

We may disclose information where the law requires it. We will tell you if that happens, unless we are prohibited from doing so.

Liability

Our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you have paid us for that engagement.

We are not liable for outages, price changes, or policy changes at third-party services we build on — messaging platforms, AI model providers, payment gateways, or hosting upstream — or for business losses arising from them.

How AI agents behave

AI agents generate responses rather than retrieve fixed answers. They are accurate the large majority of the time and they are not accurate every time.

Before an agent goes live to your customers, you review and approve how it behaves. Once live, you are responsible for monitoring it. We do not warrant that every generated response will be accurate, and we are not liable for the consequences of a response an agent produces.

Where an agent handles bookings, orders, quotes, or anything else with a financial consequence, we will build in confirmation steps. Configuring those steps out is your decision and your risk.

Who we are

Strontium Labs, SSM registration 003854498-T. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

Strontium Labs may update these terms at any time. The latest version published on this page is the one that applies, and supersedes any earlier version. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

The terms agreed in writing for a project at the time work begins continue to govern that project. Updates apply to new projects, and to ongoing recurring services from their next renewal.
